Customers must follow the provided instructions, including making appropriate cuts to weaken the banner material before any person attempts to run through it. Failure to properly prepare banners may result in injury.
 

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Footy Banners excludes all liability for:

  • Personal injury, death, or property damage arising from the use or misuse of our products

  • Any loss or damage resulting from failure to follow provided instructions
