What We Don't Do

Supply poles or hanging equipment
Provide installation services
Make banners from materials other than premium paper

Ordering Process

Placing Your Order

Choose your banner size and type from our available options
Enter player details: Name, guernsey number, milestone games
Select delivery method: Tube delivery ($40) or Express Post ($55)
Complete payment through our secure checkout
Receive confirmation and design proof via text message

Design Approval

Proof required: We'll send a design proof before printing
Your approval needed: Banner won't be printed until you approve the design
Unlimited edits: We'll adjust the design until you're completely happy
Response timeframe: Please respond to proofs within 24 hours during footy season

New Club Designs

Half price first banner: For footy clubs, the first banner with a new design is 50% off
Design requirements: We need club logo, colors, and ideally a website or Facebook page link
File formats: Vector files (PDF, AI, EPS) preferred; JPG/PNG acceptable but may affect quality

Delivery Costs

Tube delivery: $40 Australia-wide
Express Post: $55 Australia-wide
Local pickup: Free (Angle Vale, SA only)

Payment Methods

Online: Afterpay, PayPal, EFTPOS
Local pickup: Cash accepted for South Australia customers

Payment Terms

Payment required: Before banner production begins
Failed payments: Orders cancelled if payment doesn't process
Pricing changes: Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders honor original price

Production and Delivery

Production Timeline

Standard production: Most banners printed same day if approved before 2 PM
Peak season: During busy periods, allow up to 2 business days
New designs: Additional 1-2 days for custom club design creation

Delivery Options

Tube delivery: 5-7 business days, banner arrives unfolded
Express Post: 2-3 business days, banner folded to fit Express Post requirements
Local pickup: Available from front porch cabinet with instructions

Delivery Terms

Address accuracy: Customer responsible for providing correct delivery address
Delivery timeframes: Estimates only, not guarantees
Failed delivery: Customer responsible for additional delivery charges
Insurance: Express Post includes basic insurance; tube delivery does not

Quality and Returns

Quality Guarantee

Material quality: Premium paper, weatherproof, professional printing
Color accuracy: Colors matched to club specifications where possible
Print quality: High-resolution, vibrant 10-color printing process

Damaged or Defective Banners

Free replacement: If banner arrives damaged, smudged, or torn
Photo evidence: Please provide photos of damage for assessment
Timeframe: Report damage within 48 hours of delivery
No cost to customer: We'll replace and reship at no charge

Returns and Refunds

Custom products: Banners are custom-made and generally not returnable
Our error: Full refund if we make a mistake in player details or club design
Change of mind: No refunds for approved designs that customer later wants changed
Event cancellation: 50% refund if game cancelled due to circumstances beyond customer control

Using Your Banner

Safety Instructions

Cut slits before use: Follow provided instructions to weaken banner for safe run-through
Take photos first: Photograph intact banner before cutting for keepsake
Adult supervision: Children should be supervised when handling cutting tools

Banner Limitations

Single use: Banners are designed for one-time milestone celebration use
Weather conditions: While weatherproof, extreme conditions may affect performance
Pole compatibility: Designed for standard 40mm poles; customer responsible for appropriate poles

Intellectual Property

Your Content

Player photos: You retain rights to any photos you provide
Usage permission: By providing photos, you grant us permission to use them for banner creation
Marketing use: We may request permission to use banner photos for marketing purposes

Our Content

Design templates: Club design templates remain our intellectual property
Website content: All website text, images, and designs are protected by copyright
Logo usage: We respect club trademarks and use logos only for banner creation

Club Logos and Trademarks

Fair use: We use club logos under fair use for commemorative purposes
No endorsement: Club logo usage doesn't imply club endorsement of our services
Trademark respect: We don't claim ownership of any club trademarks or logos

Liability and Limitations

Our Responsibility

Product quality: We guarantee banners meet described specifications
Delivery service: We use reputable courier services but don't control delivery process
Data security: We take reasonable steps to protect customer information

Limitation of Liability

Maximum liability: Limited to the value of your banner order
Consequential damages: Not responsible for indirect damages, lost celebrations, or emotional distress
Force majeure: Not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, strikes, etc.)

Customer Responsibility

Accurate information: Provide correct player details, delivery address, and specifications
Safe usage: Follow provided instructions for safe banner use
Payment obligations: Complete payment as agreed

Privacy and Data Use

Our Privacy Policy (above) forms part of these terms. By agreeing to these terms, you also agree to our privacy practices.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including:
Consumer guarantees: Products must be of acceptable quality and fit for purpose
Right to remedy: Refund, replacement, or repair for major problems
Statutory warranties: Cannot be excluded by these terms
Where Australian Consumer Law applies, our liability is limited to replacement of goods or supply of equivalent goods (at our choice).
