At FootyBanners.com, all banners are custom-made to order, ensuring they meet your exact specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders, or customer errors in design selection.

However, we take quality seriously and stand by our workmanship. If your banner arrives defective or damaged, we will replace it free of charge under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns in the case of:

✅ Manufacturing defects (printing errors, material flaws).

✅ Damage during transit (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).

✅ Incorrect product received (not matching the order confirmation).

🔴 Returns are NOT accepted for:

 

❌ Customer input errors (e.g., incorrect text, colours, or design).

❌ Minor variations in colour due to screen differences.

❌ Normal wear and tear after use.

 

How to Request a Replacement

If you believe your banner has a defect, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at info@footybanners.com within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Include your order number and clear photos of the defect.

3. We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement at no cost.

 

Shipping & Handling

• If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label (if needed).

• Replacements are shipped within 3-5 business days after approval.

We appreciate your understanding that custom products cannot be resold and, as such, we can only replace defective items.
