Do you supply poles for the banners?

No, we don't supply poles. Most clubs already have poles from previous banner-making. If your club doesn't have poles, ask your coach or club president—the answer is almost always yes. If needed, you can purchase inexpensive 40mm plumbing pipe or electrical conduit from Bunnings. We can't include poles because they're too long to fit in the tube, too heavy for practical delivery, and most customers aren't local enough for in-person delivery.

What if my club isn't in your database yet?

We'll create a custom club design at no extra cost. For footy clubs, the first banner with this new design is offered at half price (starting at $75 AUD). We just need your club name, player details, club logo (preferably PDF, AI, or EPS files), club colors, and ideally a link to your club's Facebook page or website.

How long does delivery take to Darwin?

With tube delivery, expect about a week. For urgent orders, express post typically delivers within 2-3 days. Most banners are printed the same day they're ordered, so the timeline depends on your chosen delivery method.

How do I make the banner easy to run through?

Detailed instructions come with every banner. The key is to take all your photographs with the banner intact first, then cut vertical slits in the middle with a knife just before the player runs through. Our premium paper banners are so strong you'll bounce off them without these slits. Once the slits are cut, the banner tears easily for a perfect run-through.

Can you add a photo to the banner?

Yes, you can send photographs to be superimposed on the banner at no extra charge. The milestone numbers appear in front of the player photograph on the left or right side of center. Currently, only 2-3% of customers use this option, but it's available if you'd like to add that personal touch.
