Coolbinia Bombers Junior Football Banners - Celebrate Every Young Bomber's Big Moment
From a young player's first milestone to an exciting end-of-season celebration, FootyBanners.com creates custom banners for the Coolbinia Bombers that make every occasion feel special. Whether it's a landmark game or a presentation night to remember, we're here to help your Bombers celebrate.
Simple to Order
Order a Single Player Banner by providing the player's name, surname, guernsey number, and milestone - for example, Riley Hansen, #3, 50 Games. Our banners are printed with permanent inks on heavy-duty, weatherproof paper built to handle a blazing WA afternoon in Perth's northern suburbs. A keepsake the whole family will treasure.
Two Players, One Banner
Celebrating two junior Bombers at once? Our Two Player Banner brings both milestones together on a single premium banner - just provide both names, guernsey numbers, and the milestone they're reaching. A great way to recognise two mates on the same big day.
Team Banners for Group Celebrations
Get the whole squad together with a Team Banner featuring 3 to 6 players. Set a message like "Coolbinia Bombers - Flying High in the North" and give every young Bomber something to run through with a huge smile. A perfect addition to any season finale or grand final day.
Wall Keepsake Banners
Available in Small, Medium, and Large, our Wall Keepsake Banners are printed on thick recyclable paper with waterproof inks - perfect for a child's bedroom, the clubrooms, or the family garage. A forever reminder of their Bombers footy journey.
Grand Final Banners
Available in 4.5m and 5.5m sizes with fully customised top and bottom text. Contact us for personalised design advice for the Coolbinia Bombers Junior Football Club's grand final or presentation day.
About Coolbinia Bombers Junior Football Club
Origins and Founding
The Coolbinia Bombers Junior Football Club was formed as an amalgamation of two longstanding Perth clubs: Dianella JFC, established in 1957 (originally known as Morley Park), and Coolbinia/Yokine JFC, established in 1961. Together these clubs created a combined junior football organisation that has served the northern inner suburbs of Perth for nearly 70 years. The Bombers adopted their familiar playing strip - black jumpers with a red sash - in 1988, and that identity has remained central to the club ever since.
Club History
Since the amalgamation of the two founding clubs, the Coolbinia Bombers JFC has grown into one of the established junior football clubs in the East Perth District. The club competes in the WA Football Commission's junior competition structure, with teams catering for boys and girls from Auskick through to older junior age groups. The club maintains an extensive archive of Annual Reports and team photos documenting its growth from the 1970s through to the present day, reflecting nearly seven decades of junior football history in the northern suburbs.
Home Ground
The Coolbinia Bombers JFC plays in the East Perth District of the WA Football Commission's junior competition. The club is based in the Coolbinia and Yokine area of Perth's inner northern suburbs. The clubrooms serve as a community hub for the families, players, and volunteers who make up the Bombers.
Community and Programs
Coolbinia Bombers fields junior boys and girls teams across all age groups and runs an AusKick program (Starkick) for younger children. The club prides itself on providing a fun, safe, and supportive environment for young players. It is a volunteer-run community organisation with strong ties to the Coolbinia, Yokine, Dianella, and surrounding suburbs, drawing players from across the East Perth District catchment.
Coolbinia and Yokine
Coolbinia and Yokine are adjacent inner-northern suburbs of Perth, located approximately 5 kilometres north of the Perth CBD in the City of Stirling. The area is characterised by Federation-era and postwar housing, strong community ties, and proximity to parks and recreational areas. Both suburbs have been home to established junior football programs since the 1950s and 1960s.
The Bombers play in the WA Football Commission East Perth District junior competition. Visit the club at bombersjfc.asn.au, follow them on Facebook, or find them on Instagram.

Rigging Your Banner
-

This creates a professional “run-through” presentation for game-day moments.
-
-
Creating the Break-Through Slits
-
Vertical Slits: Cut small slits (20–30 cm long) in the centre—this engineered weak spot ensures a clean break when players burst through.
-
Wind-Proof Technique: On windy or rainy days, make multiple smaller slits so the banner doesn’t tear prematurely.
-
💡 Tips & Tricks
-
Single Weak Spot: Some players cut only one slit to save and display the torn banner—repair later with clear tape on the reverse.
-
Logo Preservation: Position your slit to one side of the mascot or logo so your club’s emblem stays intact and can be retained afterwards for display.
