📝 How to Order Your Personalised St. Marys Rugby Banner

Ordering your St. Marys Rugby League milestone banner is easy. First, choose your size and type—Small, Medium, Large, Team, or Grand Final. Enter the player’s first name, last name, and guernsey number (for example, Michael Smith, #23), and specify the milestone games being celebrated, like a 150-Game milestone.

Our heavy-duty paper and permanent inks ensure your custom footy banner will look sharp and stay strong in rain, wind, or sunshine.

If you’re ordering a two-player football banner, both players must share the same milestone. Enter both names and guernsey numbers, and we’ll print an affordable, high-quality two-player milestone banner for the St. Marys Rugby League Club.

For Team banners showcasing three to six players, select the Team Banner option. List up to six player names. We’ll optimise the layout for a premium group AFL footy banner that highlights all your milestone achievers.

If you’d like a custom team banner with a slogan, simply add your top text (such as "Great Team Effort This Year!") and a bottom tagline. We'll design a team footy banner that captures the true spirit of the St. Marys Rugby League Club.

We also offer wall keepsake banners, available in Small, Medium, or Large. These scaled-down versions of your AFL run-through banner are printed on thick, recyclable paper with waterproof inks—perfect for displaying at home, in the games room, shed, or the clubrooms.

Finally, for the ultimate celebration, order a Grand Final banner. Choose from a 4.5 metre or a massive 5.5 metre size, with fully custom top and bottom text. Contact us for bespoke design advice, and celebrate with a Grand Final footy banner that makes your St. Marys Rugby League Club stand out on the biggest day of the season.

About St Marys Saints Rugby League Club

Origins and Founding

The St Marys Saints Rugby League Football Club was formed in 1908, making it the oldest rugby league club in the Penrith District Rugby League. The club evolved from the St Marys United Rugby Union Club, which had been playing both union and league across weekends. St Marys is located in western Sydney and the club has deep roots in the working-class communities of the Penrith district. The Saints wear bottle green and white and are known simply as "the Saints."

Club History

The St Marys Saints have a long and proud history in NSW rugby league. After competing in junior and district competitions for decades, the club won the A Grade Penrith Junior League competition in 1957, 1961, 1962, 1963, and 1965. The Saints began competing in the Sydney 2nd Division and Metropolitan Cup competitions from 1970, winning the Metropolitan Cup premiership in 1993, 1994, and 2001. The club had a brief period as a joint-venture partner with the Penrith Panthers NRL side from 2002 to 2007. The Saints have since been one of the most successful clubs in the Ron Massey Cup (third tier of NSW rugby league), winning the competition in 2016, 2018, 2019, 2022, and 2023, as well as the Sydney Shield in 2017. St Marys reached the 2022 Sydney Shield Grand Final and defeated Brothers Penrith 36-12. In 2023 they dominated the Ron Massey Cup, defeating Wentworthville 40-12 in the grand final.

Home Ground

The Saints play at St Marys Leagues Stadium, which sits adjacent to the St Marys Leagues Club in western Sydney. The venue is a well-appointed community rugby league facility and serves as the social and sporting hub for the club and its broader membership. The Leagues Club has been a vital financial supporter of the Saints' football programs since its establishment in 1956.

Community and Programs

The St Marys Saints run senior men's, women's, and junior programs serving the western Sydney communities of St Marys, Penrith, and surrounding areas. The junior program feeds the senior ranks and has provided players to both the Ron Massey Cup squad and historically to the NRL. The club is deeply embedded in St Marys community life, with the Leagues Club providing hospitality, entertainment, and community support for the region's families.

St Marys

St Marys is a suburb in western Sydney, New South Wales, located approximately 51 kilometres west of the Sydney CBD in the City of Penrith local government area. The suburb sits at the foot of the Blue Mountains and has a strong working-class and multicultural community character. St Marys is well connected by train and road, with the Great Western Highway and the Western Sydney Motorway providing major arterial links. The area has a strong rugby league tradition, sitting within the Penrith district which is home to NRL powerhouse the Penrith Panthers.

    🔧 Preparation & Run-Through Setup - Expert instructions for break-through milestone banners.

    • Rigging Your Banner

      • Tape broomsticks or PVC pipe to each edge to keep the banner taut.

      • This creates a professional “run-through” presentation for game-day moments.

    • Creating the Break-Through Slits

      • Vertical Slits: Cut small slits (20–30 cm long) in the centre—this engineered weak spot ensures a clean break when players burst through.

      • Wind-Proof Technique: On windy or rainy days, make multiple smaller slits so the banner doesn’t tear prematurely.

    đź’ˇ Tips & Tricks

    • Single Weak Spot: Some players cut only one slit to save and display the torn banner—repair later with clear tape on the reverse.

    • Logo Preservation: Position your slit to one side of the mascot or logo so your club’s emblem stays intact and can be retained afterwards for display.

  • Return and Refund Policy

As each banner is custom made, once ordered, we cannot return them.

Please check the details you submit for printing carefully, as we will make the banner using the exact spelling and information you provide.
