📝 How to Order Your Personalised North Mandurah Magpies Footy Banner
Ordering your North Mandurah Magpies milestone football banner is easy. First, choose your size and type-Small, Medium, Large, Team, or Grand Final. Enter the player’s first name, last name, and guernsey number (for example, Michael Smith, #23), and specify the milestone games being celebrated, like a 150-Game milestone.
Our heavy-duty paper and permanent inks ensure your custom footy banner will look sharp and stay strong in rain, wind, or sunshine.
If you’re ordering a two-player football banner, both players must share the same milestone. Enter both names and guernsey numbers, and we’ll print an affordable, high-quality two-player milestone banner for the North Mandurah Magpies Football Club.
For Team banners showcasing three to six players, select the Team Banner option. List up to six player names. We’ll optimise the layout for a premium group AFL footy banner that highlights all your milestone achievers.
If you’d like a custom team banner with a slogan, simply add your top text (such as "Great Team Effort This Year!") and a bottom tagline. We'll design a team footy banner that captures the true spirit of the North Mandurah Magpies Football Club.
We also offer wall keepsake banners, available in Small, Medium, or Large. These scaled-down versions of your AFL run-through banner are printed on thick, recyclable paper with waterproof inks-perfect for displaying at home, in the games room, shed, or the clubrooms.
Finally, for the ultimate celebration, order a Grand Final banner. Choose from a 4.5 metre or a massive 5.5 metre size, with fully custom top and bottom text. Contact us for bespoke design advice, and celebrate with a Grand Final footy banner that makes your North Mandurah Magpies Football Club stand out on the biggest day of the season.
About North Mandurah Magpies Football Club
Origins and Founding
North Mandurah Football Club was established in 2019 when the long-running North Mandurah Junior Football Club - which had operated in the Mandurah area for nearly 30 years - expanded to include a senior structure for the first time. Under the leadership of club president Jody Elphinstone, the Magpies entered senior competition that year, playing out of the newly developed Coastal Lakes College Sporting Facility in Lakelands. The club joined the Peel Football and Netball League (PFNL) in 2019, providing local players with a pathway to compete at senior level without having to travel far from home.
Club History
After establishing themselves in the PFNL from 2019 to 2021, the Magpies graduated to the Perth Football League (PFL) in 2022, competing in the C5 division for senior men. The club fielded League and Reserves sides from the outset, growing quickly from a small founding group to over 130 registered players across all programs. In 2021, the club launched a Women's team, which competed in the PFNL competition before advancing to the PFL in 2023 - a significant milestone reflecting the club's rapid rise. The North Mandurah junior club independently earned the Peel District Club Champion Award in 2012 and 2016, and achieved AFL Gold Club accreditation in 2019, underscoring the strong development culture that gave birth to the senior club.
Home Ground
The Magpies play at Lakelands Park (also known as Lakelands Reserve), located near the Lakelands Shopping Centre in Lakelands. The facility includes multiple playing ovals, with senior men training on the Northern Oval and women training on the Middle Oval. The club rooms at Lakelands Park serve as the social hub for the club community, hosting post-match functions and club events throughout the season. All teams - Men's, Women's, and Colts - train on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at the ground.
Community and Programs
North Mandurah prides itself on being a family-friendly club that draws players from across the northern Mandurah and Lakelands corridor. The associated North Mandurah Junior Football Club provides an Auskick and junior pathway for players from prep through to Year 12, with the 2016 Year 9 team claiming a Peel District grand final title. The senior club actively recruits volunteers of all ages to support training, match day operations, and club administration. Sponsorship programs allow local businesses to align with the club's growth story and community reach.
Lakelands
Lakelands is the northernmost suburb of the City of Mandurah in Western Australia, approximately 74 kilometres south of Perth. With a population of around 6,171 recorded at the 2021 Census, Lakelands is a fast-growing residential area offering a mix of newer housing estates, local schools, and community sporting facilities. The suburb sits on the coastal fringe of the Peel region, close to beaches and natural waterways that define the Mandurah lifestyle.
The Magpies compete in the Perth Football League and call Lakelands Park home. For more information, visit the North Mandurah Football Club website, find them on Facebook, or follow them on Instagram.

Creating the Break-Through Slits
-
Vertical Slits: Cut small slits (20–30 cm long) in the centre—this engineered weak spot ensures a clean break when players burst through.

-
đź’ˇ Tips & Tricks
-
Single Weak Spot: Some players cut only one slit to save and display the torn banner—repair later with clear tape on the reverse.
-
