About Shepparton United Football Netball Club
Origins and Founding
Shepparton United Football Netball Club was established in 1950 and has grown into one of the most recognised clubs in the Goulburn Valley, competing in the Goulburn Valley League alongside the Goulburn Murray Junior Football League and the Goulburn Murray Women and Girls Football League.
 
Club History
The Demons have won multiple senior premierships in the Goulburn Valley League, with flags in 1954, 1955, 1956, 1962, 1967, 1974 and 1980, followed by further premierships in 1987, 1988 and 1989 and a back-to-back triumph in 2010 and 2011. The club’s netball program has also enjoyed success, claiming four A Grade premierships across its history. Shepparton United is proudly supported by major sponsors Shepparton Club and Shepparton Toyota, reflecting the club’s deep ties to the local business community.
 
Home Ground
Shepparton United plays home matches at Deakin Reserve in Shepparton, which also serves as the headquarters of the Goulburn Valley League.
 
Community and Programs
The club fields senior football and netball teams alongside junior football through the Goulburn Murray Junior Football League and women’s football through the Goulburn Murray Women and Girls Football League, giving the Goulburn Valley community a home across football and netball at almost every level.
