📝 How to Order Your Personalised Phos Camden Phantoms Footy Banner

Ordering your Phos Camden Phantoms milestone football banner is easy. First, choose your size and type—Small, Medium, Large, Team, or Grand Final. Enter the player’s first name, last name, and guernsey number (for example, Michael Smith, #23), and specify the milestone games being celebrated, like a 150-Game milestone.

Our heavy-duty paper and permanent inks ensure your custom footy banner will look sharp and stay strong in rain, wind, or sunshine.

If you’re ordering a two-player football banner, both players must share the same milestone. Enter both names and guernsey numbers, and we’ll print an affordable, high-quality two-player milestone banner for the Phos Camden Phantoms Football Club.

For Team banners showcasing three to six players, select the Team Banner option. List up to six player names. We’ll optimise the layout for a premium group AFL footy banner that highlights all your milestone achievers.

If you’d like a custom team banner with a slogan, simply add your top text (such as "Great Team Effort This Year!") and a bottom tagline. We'll design a team footy banner that captures the true spirit of the Phos Camden Phantoms Football Club.

We also offer wall keepsake banners, available in Small, Medium, or Large. These scaled-down versions of your AFL run-through banner are printed on thick, recyclable paper with waterproof inks—perfect for displaying at home, in the games room, shed, or the clubrooms.

Finally, for the ultimate celebration, order a Grand Final banner. Choose from a 4.5 metre or a massive 5.5 metre size, with fully custom top and bottom text. Contact us for bespoke design advice, and celebrate with a Grand Final footy banner that makes your Phos Camden Phantoms Football Club stand out on the biggest day of the season.

About PHOS Camden Phantoms

Origins and Founding

The PHOS Camden Football Club, nicknamed the Phantoms, is an Australian rules football club based in the south-western suburbs of Adelaide. The club was formed in 1994 through the amalgamation of two long-established clubs: the Plympton High Old Scholars Football Club (PHOS, formed in 1971) and the Camden Football Club (formed in 1929). Camden had originally competed in the Glenelg Districts Football Association from 1929, while PHOS had built a strong record at Myer Oval near the former Plympton High School. After a period as part of the Greek Camden Football Club from 1987, Camden split from that merger in 1993 and joined with PHOS to create the modern club in 1994.

Club History

The Phantoms carry a combined premiership record that spans both predecessor clubs. Camden won the Glenelg District Football Association A-grade flag in 1937, followed by A1 premierships in 1959, 1972, 1974, 1975, and 1976. PHOS Camden's combined predecessor program also won South Australian Amateur Football League A1 premierships in 1990 (undefeated) and 1991. The merged club has competed in the Adelaide Footy League since 1994. The Phantoms have developed an outstanding AFL talent pathway, producing multiple top-10 draft picks, including Ryan Burton (pick 19, 2015 AFL Draft, Hawthorn/Port Adelaide), Brayden Maynard (Collingwood), Matthew Scharenberg (Collingwood), Will Day (pick 13, 2019 AFL Draft, Hawthorn), Mattaes Phillipou (St Kilda), and James Sellar (GWS Giants).

Home Ground

The Phantoms play at Camden Oval, located at 457-461 Anzac Highway, Novar Gardens, in Adelaide's south-west. The ground has been the club's home since the 1994 merger and hosts both senior and junior programs. Novar Gardens sits within the City of West Torrens local government area, adjacent to the suburb of Glenelg North and close to the Glenelg coastline.

Community and Programs

The PHOS Camden Football Club runs senior, reserve, and junior programs as well as an Over 35s competition team. The junior program has a history of developing elite-level talent, with multiple players progressing to SANFL and AFL ranks. The Phantoms serve the broader south-western Adelaide community and draw players from the surrounding suburbs of Novar Gardens, Glenelg, Plympton, and Seaton Park. The club is involved in community events and fundraising, and maintains an active social presence.

Novar Gardens

Novar Gardens is a residential suburb in Adelaide's south-western suburbs, located approximately 10 kilometres south-west of the Adelaide CBD within the City of West Torrens. The suburb sits close to Anzac Highway, one of the main arterial routes connecting Adelaide's inner south with the Glenelg coastal precinct. The area is well-connected by public transport and is close to the popular beachside precinct of Glenelg, a 15-minute drive from Adelaide's city centre.

The Phantoms compete in the Adelaide Footy League and call Camden Oval in Novar Gardens home. Find out more at phantomsfc.com.au, facebook.com/phosfc, or follow on Instagram at instagram.com/phoscamdenfootballclub.

    • Premium Coated Paper (1.6 m high) printed with permanent, waterproof inks—won’t run or fade, even in wet weather.

    • Durable weatherproof sports banners printed on heavy-duty coated paper - these banners are not made of crepe paper.

    🔧 Preparation & Run-Through Setup - Expert instructions for break-through milestone banners.

    • Rigging Your Banner

      • Tape broomsticks or PVC pipe to each edge to keep the banner taut.

      • This creates a professional “run-through” presentation for game-day moments.

    • Creating the Break-Through Slits

      • Vertical Slits: Cut small slits (20–30 cm long) in the centre—this engineered weak spot ensures a clean break when players burst through.

      • Wind-Proof Technique: On windy or rainy days, make multiple smaller slits so the banner doesn’t tear prematurely.

    đź’ˇ Tips & Tricks

    • Single Weak Spot: Some players cut only one slit to save and display the torn banner—repair later with clear tape on the reverse.

    • Logo Preservation: Position your slit to one side of the mascot or logo so your club’s emblem stays intact and can be retained afterwards for display.

  • Return and Refund Policy

As each banner is custom made, once ordered, we cannot return them.

Please check the details you submit for printing carefully, as we will make the banner using the exact spelling and information you provide.
