Point Cook Bulldogs Banners - Bulldogs Pride in Melbourne's West
Whether it's a milestone game or a grand final day to remember, FootyBanners.com creates custom banners made for the Point Cook Bulldogs. Celebrate your player with a banner that captures the moment perfectly.
Simple to Order
We offer Single Player, Two Player, Team, and Grand Final banner options. To personalise your order, provide the player's name, guernsey number, and milestone - for example, Jordan Clarke, #21, 100 Games. Printed with permanent inks on heavy-duty weatherproof paper, your banner is built to hold up through a cold Melbourne winter morning at the oval.
Two Players, One Banner
When two Bulldogs hit the same milestone, a Two Player Banner is the perfect way to celebrate them both. Provide both names, guernsey numbers, and the shared milestone for a quality keepsake they will both treasure.
Team Banners for Group Celebrations
Feature 3 to 6 players on a Team Banner and create a run-through moment the whole Point Cook community will love. A top-line message like "Go Bulldogs!" captures the tenacious spirit that defines this club week in and week out.
Wall Keepsake Banners
Our Wall Keepsake Banners come in Small, Medium, and Large, printed on thick recyclable paper with waterproof inks built to last. A Point Cook Bulldogs keepsake banner looks great in the clubrooms, the garage, or the family games room.
Grand Final Banners
Make grand final day for the Point Cook Bulldogs one to remember with a 4.5m or 5.5m banner featuring fully customised top and bottom text. Contact us and our team will help you create the perfect design.
About Point Cook Bulldogs
Origins and Founding
The Point Cook Football Club, nicknamed the Bulldogs, was established in October 2003 to cater for the junior footballers of the rapidly growing Point Cook area in Melbourne's south-west. The club entered its first season of competition in the Western Region Football League (WRFL) junior competition in 2004. Following a surge in membership and community demand, Point Cook entered senior football by joining the Victorian Amateur Football Association (VAFA) in 2010, becoming one of the newer senior clubs in metropolitan Melbourne.
Club History
Point Cook's rise through the ranks has been rapid. After competing in the VAFA, the club voted to move its senior and reserves sides into the Western Region Football League (WRFL) Division 2 for the 2018 season - and promptly won the inaugural WRFL Division 2 senior premiership in that first year, defeating Yarraville Seddon Eagles by 7 points at Avalon Airport Oval in Werribee. The club also won the inaugural WRFL netball premiership in 2018. Promotion to Division 1 followed in 2019. In June 2022, Point Cook junior product Massimo D'Ambrosio became the first Point Cook player to be drafted to an AFL club when Essendon selected him at Pick 3 in the 2022 AFL Mid-Season Draft. D'Ambrosio debuted for Essendon in Round 14, 2022, and was named a NAB AFL Rising Star nominee in Round 16. The club has accumulated a total of 25 premierships across all competitions, including one senior flag.
Home Ground
The Bulldogs play and train at Saltwater Reserve in Point Cook, a modern facility built to serve the suburb's growing population. The ground hosts senior, women's, and junior matches across the season and is a central hub for the Point Cook community. Saltwater Reserve is located within Point Cook's newer residential areas and features well-maintained turf and club facilities.
Community and Programs
Point Cook FC operates an extensive junior program, senior men's and women's programs, and an AFL Masters Superules team for players aged 35 and over. The girls' program launched its first Youth Girls team in 2014 and a Senior Women's team in 2019. The club also runs Auskick programs for the youngest players and is one of the more comprehensive grassroots football organisations in Melbourne's south-west corridor.
Point Cook
Point Cook is a rapidly developing suburb approximately 22 kilometres south-west of Melbourne's CBD, in the City of Wyndham. It recorded a population of 75,000 residents at the 2021 census, making it one of the largest and fastest-growing suburbs in Australia. The suburb sits on the coast of Port Phillip Bay and is surrounded by the Point Cook Coastal Park, a key conservation area adjacent to the RAAF Base Williams. Point Cook has strong historical ties to Australian aviation as the site of the nation's first military aviation training facility.
The Point Cook Bulldogs compete in the Western Football Netball League and call Saltwater Reserve home. For more information, visit the Point Cook FC website, follow the club on Facebook, or find them on Instagram.

-
-
Creating the Break-Through Slits
-
Vertical Slits: Cut small slits (20–30 cm long) in the centre—this engineered weak spot ensures a clean break when players burst through.
-
Wind-Proof Technique: On windy or rainy days, make multiple smaller slits so the banner doesn’t tear prematurely.
-
💡 Tips & Tricks
-
Single Weak Spot: Some players cut only one slit to save and display the torn banner—repair later with clear tape on the reverse.
-
Logo Preservation: Position your slit to one side of the mascot or logo so your club’s emblem stays intact and can be retained afterwards for display.
