Simple to Order
Choose from Single Player, Two Player, Team, or Grand Final banner formats. To personalise your banner, provide the player's name, surname, guernsey number, and milestone - for example, Lachlan Hardy, #21, 100 Games. Printed with permanent inks on heavy-duty weatherproof paper, your banner will hold up through every wet Sydney summer afternoon on the Hawkesbury.
Two Players, One Banner
Two Cobras hitting the same milestone on the same day? Our Two Player banner puts both players side by side in the spotlight. Supply each player's name, guernsey number, and the milestone they're both reaching for a perfect shared celebration.
Team Banners for Group Celebrations
Celebrate 3 to 6 players at once with our Team Banner option. A banner reading "Berowra Cobras - Our Champions" makes an outstanding centrepiece for your end-of-season presentation night or a premiership function. A great way to mark a season of standout performances.
Wall Keepsake Banners
Available in Small, Medium, and Large sizes, our Wall Keepsake Banners are made from thick recyclable paper with waterproof inks designed to last for years. Hang them in the Cobras clubrooms, at home, or in the garage as a lasting reminder of a proud playing career.
Grand Final Banners
Run out in style with a Grand Final banner measuring 4.5m or 5.5m, fully customised with your top and bottom text. Contact us for design guidance to ensure Berowra Football Club makes the impact it deserves on the biggest day of the season.
About Berowra Cobras
Origins and Founding
Berowra Football Club (BFC), known as the Cobras, was established in 1960 as a not-for-profit association in the northern Sydney suburb of Berowra. The club competes in the Northern Suburbs Football Association (NSFA), the premier community football competition in Sydney's north, as well as Football NSW cup competitions. From its founding in 1960, the club has grown into the largest sporting club north of Hornsby, with membership expanding dramatically through the 2020s to become one of the most active community clubs in the Sydney region.
Club History
The Berowra Cobras have built a strong competitive record across decades of NSFA competition. The club's modern era reached a high point in 2022 when the Men's Premier League team defied the odds to win the Premier League title. In 2023 the club fielded over 670 registered players across 45 teams in NSFA and Football NSW Cup competitions. By 2024 and 2025, the club had grown further to over 750 registered players fielding up to 48 teams. In 2020, Berowra Football Club partnered with the Mt Colah Football Club to form "Northern Galaxy," a female football partnership designed to create greater opportunities for women and girls in the game. By 2023, Northern Galaxy had expanded to 272 registered female players, reflecting the rapid growth of women's football in northern Sydney.
Home Ground
Berowra Football Club is based in Berowra, NSW, with the club's primary facilities located in the Berowra Heights precinct. The ground and facilities serve the club's extensive range of teams from MiniRoos (under-6s) through to Men's and Women's senior grades, Masters (over-45s), and the introductory MiniCobras program for children aged 3-5. The club also offers Walking Football for participants over the age of 50, demonstrating a commitment to lifelong participation in the sport.
Community and Programs
Berowra Football Club fields teams across the full spectrum of age groups - from MiniRoos and MiniCobras for young children through to Under-18 Juniors, Men's, Women's and Masters competitions. The Northern Galaxy women's program, co-run with Mt Colah FC, has grown significantly since 2020 and provides dedicated pathways for female players. The club is committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for players of all ages and skill levels, placing equal emphasis on community values, fair play, and competitive development.
Berowra
Berowra is an outer suburb of northern Sydney, located 36 kilometres north of the Sydney CBD in the Hornsby Shire local government area. The name Berowra means "place of many shells," referring to the Aboriginal shell middens found along Berowra Creek - reflecting the presence of the traditional owners, the Dharug and Guringai peoples, for thousands of years before European settlement. The suburb sits at an altitude of 215 metres, surrounded by bushland within rugged terrain, and is well-served by the T1 North Shore train line. The area is characterised by its natural beauty and strong sense of community.
The Cobras compete in the Northern Suburbs Football Association and are based in Berowra. More information is available at berowrafc.org.au, and the club can be followed on Facebook and Instagram.

-
Creating the Break-Through Slits
-
Vertical Slits: Cut small slits (20–30 cm long) in the centre—this engineered weak spot ensures a clean break when players burst through.
-
Wind-Proof Technique: On windy or rainy days, make multiple smaller slits so the banner doesn’t tear prematurely.
-
💡 Tips & Tricks
-
Single Weak Spot: Some players cut only one slit to save and display the torn banner—repair later with clear tape on the reverse.
-
Logo Preservation: Position your slit to one side of the mascot or logo so your club’s emblem stays intact and can be retained afterwards for display.
