Simple to Order
Our Single Player banners are ideal for individual milestone celebrations. Just provide the player's name, surname, guernsey number, and the milestone being celebrated. Printed with permanent inks on heavy-duty weatherproof paper, your Bombers banner is made to last through even the most unpredictable Sydney afternoon.
Two Players, One Banner
When two Bombers reach the same milestone in the same game, our Two Player banner brings both celebrations together. Simply provide both players' names and guernsey numbers for a quality banner that does justice to the occasion.
Team Banners for Group Celebrations
Got 3 to 6 Bombers players to celebrate at once? Our Team Banner is the perfect solution. A top-line message like "Bombers Premiers" or "Up the Bombers" sets the tone, with every player's name and number featured. A great way to mark a memorable North Shore Bombers moment.
Wall Keepsake Banners
Available in Small, Medium, and Large, our Wall Keepsake Banners are printed on thick recyclable paper with waterproof inks. Whether displayed in the Bombers clubrooms or a proud supporter's home, these keepsakes are built to last as long as the memories they honour.

About North Shore Bombers Australian Football Club
Origins and Founding
North Shore Australian Football Club was founded in 1903 as one of the foundation clubs of the New South Wales Australian National Football League (now AFL Sydney). The club has operated continuously since its formation, making it one of only three foundation clubs still in existence from that original competition. For over 120 years, the Bombers have been a cornerstone of Sydney football, helping establish and grow the game in one of Australia's largest cities.
Club History
North Shore competes in the Premier Division of the AFL Sydney competition and is recognised as one of its most successful clubs. The Bombers have won 13 senior premierships since 1903. A golden era in the 2000s saw the club claim senior premierships in 2001, 2004, 2005, and 2007, and in total the club won 12 premierships across three grades during that decade - including four reserves flags and four under-18 titles. Between 2000 and 2007, North Shore missed the grand final just once. The club has produced a strong list of AFL players, including Lewis Roberts-Thompson (Sydney Swans), Henry Playfair (Geelong and Sydney), Will Sierakowski (Hawthorn and North Melbourne), Sam Naismith (Sydney Swans), and Ryan Davis (West Coast and Gold Coast). Most notably, Callum Mills was drafted by the Sydney Swans at pick 3 in the 2016 AFL Draft, making him the highest Sydney-born player ever drafted.
Home Ground
The Bombers play at Gore Hill Oval (known as Mortgage Choice Oval through a naming rights partnership) in St Leonards on Sydney's lower North Shore. The oval is conveniently located close to the Sydney CBD, North Sydney, Manly, and Chatswood, making the club accessible to players and supporters from across the northern Sydney region. In 2011, the club introduced a third senior team to accommodate the growing number of players taking up Australian football in Sydney.
Community and Programs
North Shore provides a range of programs across senior men's, women's, and youth divisions, with a particular emphasis on youth development as a pathway to higher-level competition. The club's location on Sydney's North Shore draws players from the surrounding suburbs and has been instrumental in expanding the game's profile in a rugby-dominated market. The club remains one of the premier destinations for footballers looking to compete at the highest amateur level in New South Wales.
St Leonards
St Leonards is a suburb on Sydney's lower North Shore, located approximately 5 kilometres north of the Sydney CBD in the Lane Cove and North Sydney local government areas. With a mix of residential high-rises, commercial offices, and hospital precinct around Royal North Shore Hospital, St Leonards is a well-connected inner suburb with excellent rail access via the St Leonards train station. The surrounding North Shore area is known for its leafy streets, harbourside parks, and strong community sporting culture.
The Bombers compete in AFL Sydney and call Gore Hill Oval home. For more information, visit the North Shore Bombers website, find them on Facebook, or follow them on Instagram.
Footy Banner Information
Material: All Footy Banners are printed on 1.6 Metre high coated paper using permanent inks which will not run, even if they get wet. They are fully recyclable.
How to Use: We recommend taping broomsticks or plastic pipe to the ends of the banner to hold it flat whilst the player runs through it. If you cut vertical slits in the banner in the centre, it creates a weak spot where it will break and look best when run through. There are instructions and images for how to cut these in the FAQ section below.
On a windy day, cut smaller vertical slits in the Footy Banner so if the wind catches it, it doesn't rip too soon! This is why we do not pre-cut them, and also so you can get photographs with your intact banner when it looks at it's best.
Tip: Some players choose to only cut one weak spot in their banner so it can be saved and displayed later by taping it back together on the back.Pro Tip: Cut the weak spot to one side of the mascot or team logo so it stays intact as well!
Return and Refund Policy
As each banner is custom made, once ordered, we cannot return them.
Please check the details you submit for printing carefully, as we will make the banner using the exact spelling and information you provide.
