Campania Wallabies Banners - Celebrating Every Wallabies Milestone
Whether it's a player's first milestone or a club achievement worth shouting about, FootyBanners.com creates custom banners that do justice to every Campania Wallabies moment. Each banner is made uniquely for the Wallabies, giving every celebration the recognition it deserves.
Simple to Order
Choose from Single Player, Two Player, Team, or Grand Final banner options. Simply provide the player's name, surname, guernsey number, and milestone - for example, Tom Wilson, #6, 100 Games. All Wallabies banners are printed with permanent inks on heavy-duty weatherproof paper, made to stand up to the crisp Tasmanian afternoon at Campania.
Two Players, One Banner
When two Wallabies players reach the same milestone in the same game, our Two Player banner brings both stories together on one quality keepsake. Provide both players' names, guernsey numbers, and the shared milestone and we'll handle the rest.
Team Banners for Group Celebrations
Our Team Banner option accommodates 3 to 6 players and is the ideal way to recognise a group milestone or memorable season. A top-line message like "Campania Wallabies - Premiers" captures the occasion perfectly. Go the Wallabies!
Wall Keepsake Banners
Available in Small, Medium, and Large sizes, our Wall Keepsake Banners are printed on thick recyclable paper with waterproof inks. Hang your Wallabies banner in the clubrooms, garage, or home as a lasting reminder of a proud Campania Wallabies moment.

About Campania Wallabies Football Club
Origins and Founding
The Campania Wallabies Football Club was formed in 1882, making it one of the oldest Australian rules football clubs in Tasmania. The club's earliest competition was in the Richmond Football Association (RFA), where it competed through the early 20th century. Following a break in active competition, the Wallabies returned to senior football in the South Eastern District Football Association (SEDFA), where they played from 1945 to 1979. After a further period out of formal senior competition, the club was reformed in 2007 and joined the Oatlands District Football Association (ODFA), making the competition a five-team association.
Club History
Since rejoining the Oatlands District Football Association in 2007, the Campania Wallabies have established themselves as one of the competition's most competitive clubs. They appeared in the ODFA Grand Final as runners-up in 2009, 2010, 2013, 2018, 2019, and 2025. The 2025 Grand Final was particularly notable, with Campania reaching the decider after defeating all opponents in the finals series before losing to arch rivals the Bothwell Rabbits. Clinton Curtain has been among the club's standout individual performers, winning the association's best-and-fairest award in 2017, 2018, and 2019. Jordan Broughton was also recognised as best-and-fairest in 2010, continuing a strong tradition of individual excellence alongside the club's team performances.
Home Ground
The Wallabies play their home games at Campania Recreation Reserve in Campania, Tasmania. The ground sits in the heart of the Coal River Valley and serves as a community hub during the ODFA season, which runs throughout the Tasmanian winter. Grand Finals for the ODFA are traditionally played at Oatlands Oval, where the Wallabies have contested multiple deciders since 2007.
Community and Programs
As a single senior men's team competing in the ODFA, the Campania Wallabies FC draws its players from Campania and the surrounding Coal River Valley district. The club is embedded in the local community that has supported football in the area since the 19th century. With a history spanning more than 140 years across multiple associations, the Wallabies represent one of Tasmania's most enduring country football traditions.
Campania
Campania is a township in Tasmania's Coal River Valley, located approximately 25 kilometres north of Hobart in the Southern Midlands Council area. With a population of 934 at the 2016 census, it is a small but significant rural community known primarily as one of Tasmania's most important wine-producing regions, with commercial vineyards dating back to the mid-19th century. The township lies within the broader Richmond agricultural district, not far from the historic town of Richmond.
The Wallabies compete in the Oatlands District Football Association and call Campania Recreation Reserve home. Follow the Wallabies on Facebook for news and match day updates.

-
Creating the Break-Through Slits
-
Vertical Slits: Cut small slits (20–30 cm long) in the centre—this engineered weak spot ensures a clean break when players burst through.
-
Wind-Proof Technique: On windy or rainy days, make multiple smaller slits so the banner doesn’t tear prematurely.
-
💡 Tips & Tricks
-
Single Weak Spot: Some players cut only one slit to save and display the torn banner—repair later with clear tape on the reverse.
-
Logo Preservation: Position your slit to one side of the mascot or logo so your club’s emblem stays intact and can be retained afterwards for display.
