Simple to Order
Our Single Player Banner is the simplest and most popular way to celebrate a milestone. Just provide the player's name, surname, guernsey number, and milestone - for example, Jack Harris, #17, 100 Games - and we'll handle everything. Printed with permanent weatherproof inks on heavy-duty paper, your Panthers banner will hold its own through every cold and blustery Melbourne winter day on the south-east footy grounds.
Two Players, One Banner
When two Devon Meadows Panthers players share the same milestone, our Two Player Banner is the perfect way to honour both at once. Supply each player's name, guernsey number, and milestone and we'll create a quality banner worthy of the occasion.
Team Banners for Group Celebrations
The Team Banner option covers 3 to 6 players in a single design - ideal for junior age group milestone nights or club presentation evenings. A bold top-line message like "Go Panthers!" gives the banner that extra punch and makes it a real crowd-pleaser.

About Devon Meadows Panthers Football Club
Origins and Founding
The Devon Meadows Football Netball Club, known as the Panthers, was established in 1977 in Devon Meadows, Victoria. The club entered senior competition in the South West Gippsland Football League (SWGFL) in 1979. When the SWGFL merged with the Mornington Peninsula Nepean Football League (MPNFL) in 1995, the Panthers transitioned with it and have competed in the MPNFL ever since. In 2004, the club participated in the Casey Cardinia competition, and in 2012 successfully applied to be moved into the Nepean Division of the MPNFL, giving the club greater exposure along the Mornington Peninsula.
Club History
The Panthers waited 48 years to win their first senior premiership, finally claiming it in 2025 - defeating the Frankston Bombers 10.6 (66) to 8.13 (61) in one of the most memorable grand finals in recent MPNFL history. Earlier club premierships include the Reserves flag in 2015, Under 16s in 2009, and Under 13s and Under 14s in 2008. The Under 15s won the premiership in 2023. In 2018, the club launched CLUB 31 in honour and memory of Beau Miller, a player who passed away on 4 May 2016, just four weeks after playing what would be his last game for Devon Meadows. The club currently fields 26 teams ranging from Auskick through to Seniors and a Veterans side.
Home Ground
The Panthers play their home games at Glover Reserve, located on Browns Road in Devon Meadows. In 2012, a major redevelopment of Glover Reserve was completed following a $550,000 council investment - the result of 20 years of lobbying by the club. The upgraded surface is considered among the best in the region. During ground upgrades, the club's senior teams occasionally used the E.G. Allen Oval at the Cranbourne Racecourse, approximately five minutes from Devon Meadows. The reserve is located near the Botanic Ridge and Settlers Run residential estates.
Community and Programs
The Devon Meadows Football Netball Club provides football and netball programs for the broader Devon Meadows and South East Casey community. With 26 teams competing across age groups from Auskick to seniors, the club is one of the larger community sporting organisations in the south-eastern corridor. The club also operates a veterans football side for older players. The Club 31 initiative - launched in 2018 in memory of former player Beau Miller - reflects the club's commitment to player welfare and its wider community connection. Devon Meadows Cricket Club shares the Panthers' home territory, with both clubs representing the town at district level.
Devon Meadows
Devon Meadows is a small town located 50 kilometres south-east of Melbourne's Central Business District, within the City of Casey local government area. At the 2021 Census the town had a population of 1,551. The post office opened on 21 March 1915, reflecting the area's early settlement history. Devon Meadows sits on the boundary of greater metropolitan Melbourne and the South Gippsland region, 8 kilometres south of Cranbourne. The town contains a primary school with approximately 300 students, a CFA fire station, a community hall, and a tennis club. Five Ways - a noted local intersection where roads branch toward Berwick, Cannons Creek, Koo Wee Rup and Langwarrin - is a familiar landmark east of the township.
The Panthers compete in the MPNFL and call Glover Reserve home. Visit the club website for more information, follow them on Facebook, and follow them on Instagram for news and match day updates.

-
Creating the Break-Through Slits
-
Vertical Slits: Cut small slits (20–30 cm long) in the centre—this engineered weak spot ensures a clean break when players burst through.
-
Wind-Proof Technique: On windy or rainy days, make multiple smaller slits so the banner doesn’t tear prematurely.
-
💡 Tips & Tricks
-
Single Weak Spot: Some players cut only one slit to save and display the torn banner—repair later with clear tape on the reverse.
-
Logo Preservation: Position your slit to one side of the mascot or logo so your club’s emblem stays intact and can be retained afterwards for display.
