Simple to Order
Choose from Single Player, Two Player, Team, or Grand Final banner formats. To personalise your banner, provide the player's name, surname, guernsey number, and milestone - for example, Sophie Hargreaves, #7, 50 Games. Printed with permanent inks on heavy-duty weatherproof paper, your banner will last through every hard-fought NSW afternoon at Oakdale.
Two Players, One Banner
When two Women's Workers players are hitting a milestone at the same time, our Two Player banner captures the moment perfectly. Just supply each player's name, guernsey number, and milestone for a keepsake both players will treasure.
Team Banners for Group Celebrations
Celebrate 3 to 6 players at once with our Team Banner option. A banner reading "Oakdale Women's Workers - Our Champions" makes a brilliant centrepiece for your presentation night or end-of-season function - a moment the whole club will remember with pride.
Wall Keepsake Banners
Available in Small, Medium, and Large sizes, our Wall Keepsake Banners are crafted on thick recyclable paper with waterproof inks built to endure. Display them in the clubrooms, at home, or in a bedroom as a lasting reminder of a player's standout career.

About Oakdale Women's Workers Rugby League Football Club
Origins and Club Structure
The Oakdale Women's Workers Rugby League Football Club is the women's representative team of the Oakdale Workers Rugby League Football Club, based in Oakdale, New South Wales. The women's side competes in the Group 6 women's competition - the same regional competition that the Oakdale Workers men's team has competed in since the club's formation in 1963. Women's rugby league has grown steadily across the Macarthur and Southern Highlands region, and the Women's Workers are a key part of that expansion.
Competition
The Women's Workers compete in the Group 6 Rugby League women's competition, which is administered under the Macarthur Conference Rugby League umbrella. The competition provides women across the southern Macarthur, Wollondilly, and Southern Highlands regions with a pathway into rugby league at a representative community level. Group 6 covers a broad geographical area stretching from Marulan in the south to Mount Annan in the north, and the Women's Workers are one of several clubs in the competition working to grow women's participation in the sport.
Home Ground
The Women's Workers play their home fixtures at Sid Sharpe Memorial Oval in Oakdale, the same ground used by the Oakdale Workers men's and junior teams. The oval is located on Burragorang Road in Oakdale and serves as the central sporting facility for all Oakdale Workers programs.
Community and Programs
The Women's Workers are part of the broader Oakdale Workers RLFC community, which is tied to the Oakdale Workers Sport and Recreation Club established in 1953. The club's commitment to growing women's rugby league reflects the same community spirit that has driven the Workers since the football club was founded in 1963. Junior development programs and pathways support the next generation of female players in the Wollondilly and Macarthur areas.
Oakdale and Wollondilly
Oakdale is a semi-rural suburb in the Wollondilly Shire of New South Wales, with a population of 2,028 recorded at the 2021 Census. The broader Wollondilly region is home to a strong rugby league culture, with multiple Group 6 clubs drawing supporters from communities across the Southern Highlands and Macarthur regions.
The Women's Workers compete in the Group 6 women's competition and call Sid Sharpe Memorial Oval home. Visit the official Oakdale Workers website for news, fixtures, and information about the women's program. Follow the Workers on Facebook for updates across all Oakdale programs. Follow them on Instagram for photos and highlights throughout the season.

-
-
Creating the Break-Through Slits
-
Vertical Slits: Cut small slits (20–30 cm long) in the centre—this engineered weak spot ensures a clean break when players burst through.
-
Wind-Proof Technique: On windy or rainy days, make multiple smaller slits so the banner doesn’t tear prematurely.
-
💡 Tips & Tricks
-
Single Weak Spot: Some players cut only one slit to save and display the torn banner—repair later with clear tape on the reverse.
-
Logo Preservation: Position your slit to one side of the mascot or logo so your club’s emblem stays intact and can be retained afterwards for display.
