Whether it's a first game milestone or a landmark appearance, FootyBanners.com creates personalised banners to honour every achievement for the Redfield Lions. Each banner is crafted to make game day unforgettable.

Simple to Order

Choose from Single Player, Two Player, Team, or Grand Final banner styles. Just provide the player's first name, surname, guernsey number, and milestone - for example, Thomas Ryan, #14, 50 Games. Every banner is printed with permanent, fade-resistant inks on heavy-duty weatherproof paper, ready for even a warm Sydney Hills afternoon on the footy oval.

Two Players, One Banner

Two Redfield Lions players celebrating the same milestone in the same match? A Two Player banner combines both names and guernsey numbers onto a single quality banner that tells the whole story of the shared occasion.

Team Banners for Group Celebrations

A cluster of milestones or a big team win to mark? A Team Banner holds 3 to 6 players and can carry a custom top-line message such as "Redfield Lions - 2025 Premiers!" A great way to capture the team spirit at the club.

Wall Keepsake Banners

Available in Small, Medium, and Large, Wall Keepsake Banners are printed on thick recyclable paper with waterproof inks that stay bright for years. Hang one in the Lions clubrooms, at the school, or at home as a lasting tribute to what the Redfield Lions have achieved.

Grand Final Banners

For the biggest days of the season, Grand Final Banners come in 4.5m and 5.5m sizes with fully customised top and bottom text. Get in touch with the FootyBanners.com team for help designing your Redfield Lions Football Grand Final Banner.

About Redfield Lions Football Club

Origins and School

The Redfield Lions are the Australian rules football team of Redfield College, an independent Catholic boys school located at 855 Old Northern Road, Dural, in Sydney's Hills District. Redfield College was founded in 1986 by the PARED (Parents for Education) Foundation, a group of parents and teachers inspired by the principles of Saint Josemaría Escrivá. The College educates boys from Year 2 through to Year 12 and operates alongside Tangara School for Girls in nearby Cherrybrook, which caters to younger students from the same families.

Football at Redfield

The Lions compete in the Independent Sporting Association (ISA) AFL competition, which is run in partnership with AFL NSW/ACT for students at independent schools across New South Wales. The ISA provides a structured inter-school football pathway for boys in Years 7 to 12, with competitions running from Terms 2 to 3 each year. Successful ISA players have access to representative pathways through NSW CIS and state-level competition. The Lions play their home matches on the grounds of Redfield College, using the school's sporting fields on Old Northern Road.

Community and Programs

Australian rules football sits alongside a broad sporting program at Redfield College, which includes rugby union, cricket, swimming and athletics. The Lions provide a competitive environment where students develop skills, teamwork, and school pride in one of the few ISA schools in the northwest Sydney region fielding an AFL team. The school's strong community ethos, rooted in its founding PARED principles of parent involvement and mentorship, extends to its sporting culture.

Dural and the Hills District

Dural is a semi-rural suburb located 36 kilometres northwest of the Sydney central business district, in the local government areas of Hornsby Shire and The Hills Shire. The suburb recorded a population of 7,900 in the 2021 Census and sits at an elevation of 208 metres in the Hills District. Known for its semi-rural character, acreage properties, and proximity to bushland, Dural is home to a number of independent schools that draw students from across the northwest Sydney region.

The Lions compete in the ISA AFL competition and call the grounds of Redfield College home. Visit the Redfield College website for information about the school and its sporting programs.

    • Premium Coated Paper (1.6 m high) printed with permanent, waterproof inks—won’t run or fade, even in wet weather.

    • Eco-friendly & Recyclable: All banners are fully recyclable when the celebration is over.

    • Durable weatherproof sports banners printed on heavy-duty coated paper - these banners are not made of crepe paper.

    🔧 Preparation & Run-Through Setup - Expert instructions for break-through milestone banners.

    • Rigging Your Banner

      • Tape broomsticks or PVC pipe to each edge to keep the banner taut.

      • This creates a professional “run-through” presentation for game-day moments.

    • Creating the Break-Through Slits

      • Vertical Slits: Cut small slits (20–30 cm long) in the centre—this engineered weak spot ensures a clean break when players burst through.

      • Wind-Proof Technique: On windy or rainy days, make multiple smaller slits so the banner doesn’t tear prematurely.

    💡 Tips & Tricks

    • Single Weak Spot: Some players cut only one slit to save and display the torn banner—repair later with clear tape on the reverse.

    • Logo Preservation: Position your slit to one side of the mascot or logo so your club’s emblem stays intact and can be retained afterwards for display.

  • Return and Refund Policy

As each banner is custom made, once ordered, we cannot return them.

Please check the details you submit for printing carefully, as we will make the banner using the exact spelling and information you provide.
