Simple to Order

Ordering your Breakers banner is straightforward from start to finish. Select from our Single Player, Two Player, Team, or Grand Final options, then supply the player's name, surname, guernsey number, and milestone - for example, Jake Carr, #5, 150 Games. All banners are printed with permanent inks on heavy-duty paper, tough enough to handle a humid Port Macquarie afternoon with ease.

Two Players, One Banner

When two Breakers share a milestone on the same day, our Two Player banner is your answer. Provide both names and guernsey numbers and we will craft a quality banner that gives both players the recognition they deserve.

Team Banners for Group Celebrations

Our Team Banner option allows you to celebrate 3 to 6 players on one banner. Headline it with something like "Port City Breakers - One Team, One Mission" and give your whole group a celebration to remember. Perfect for milestone rounds and end-of-season events.

Wall Keepsake Banners

Available in Small, Medium, and Large, our Wall Keepsake Banners are produced on thick recyclable paper with waterproof inks that last. Hang one proudly in the clubrooms, the garage, or the games room and let your Breakers support be seen every day.

About Port City Breakers RLFC

Origins and Founding

The Port City Breakers Rugby League Football Club was founded in 2002 in Port Macquarie, New South Wales. As a relatively young club by regional standards, the Breakers entered the Group 3 Rugby League competition, which is the premier community rugby league competition on the mid-north coast of NSW. Group 3 is run under the auspices of the Country Rugby League, covering the area from Kempsey in the north to Forster in the south. Within just a few years of their founding, the Breakers had established themselves as one of the competition's most formidable teams.

Club History

In just over two decades of competition, the Port City Breakers have won five Group 3 premierships - in 2008, 2010, 2016, 2017, and 2022 - placing them among the most successful clubs in the modern era of Group 3 football. Their back-to-back titles in 2016 and 2017 demonstrated a period of sustained dominance in the competition. The 2022 premiership confirmed the club's continued competitiveness well into the 2020s.

The club also celebrated success at the reserve grade level in 2023, when the Port City Breakers reserve grade side won the Group 3 Minor Premiership, highlighting the depth and development pathway the club has built across its grades. The Breakers share Regional Stadium as a home ground with the Port Macquarie Sharks, another Group 3 powerhouse, making Port Macquarie one of the strongest rugby league cities in regional NSW.

Home Ground

The Port City Breakers play their home games at Regional Stadium in Port Macquarie. The venue serves as the premier rugby league facility on the Mid-North Coast and is shared with fellow Group 3 club the Port Macquarie Sharks. Regional Stadium provides a quality setting for Group 3 competition and is central to Port Macquarie's strong rugby league culture.

Community and Programs

The Port City Breakers field men's sides across multiple grades within the Group 3 competition and have built a passionate supporter base in Port Macquarie and the surrounding mid-north coast region. The club's social media presence, with over 2,300 followers on Facebook and more than 1,100 on Instagram, reflects the Breakers' active engagement with their community. The club's Facebook page features extensive match day coverage, team news, and historical content going back across the club's two-decade history.

Known for its beaches, coastal scenery, and temperate climate, Port Macquarie is a significant regional centre that has experienced strong population growth through the 2010s and 2020s. Rugby league has deep roots in the city, with Group 3 competition central to the local sporting calendar.

    • Rigging Your Banner

      • Tape broomsticks or PVC pipe to each edge to keep the banner taut.

      • This creates a professional “run-through” presentation for game-day moments.

    • Creating the Break-Through Slits

      • Vertical Slits: Cut small slits (20–30 cm long) in the centre—this engineered weak spot ensures a clean break when players burst through.

      • Wind-Proof Technique: On windy or rainy days, make multiple smaller slits so the banner doesn’t tear prematurely.

    💡 Tips & Tricks

    • Single Weak Spot: Some players cut only one slit to save and display the torn banner—repair later with clear tape on the reverse.

    • Logo Preservation: Position your slit to one side of the mascot or logo so your club’s emblem stays intact and can be retained afterwards for display.

  • Return and Refund Policy

As each banner is custom made, once ordered, we cannot return them.

Please check the details you submit for printing carefully, as we will make the banner using the exact spelling and information you provide.
