Whether it's a landmark game, a season highlight, or a grand final run-through, FootyBanners.com is proud to help the Coffs Harbour Breakers mark the moments that matter. Our custom banners bring the pride of the mid-north coast to life.

Simple to Order

Choose from Single Player, Two Player, Team, or Grand Final banner formats. To personalise your banner, provide the player's name, surname, guernsey number, and milestone - for example, Sam Kerr, #14, 50 Games. Printed with permanent inks on heavy-duty weatherproof paper, your banner will hold up through any warm and humid NSW mid-north coast afternoon at Honeyman Park.

Two Players, One Banner

Two Breakers sharing the same milestone? Our Two Player banner lets you celebrate both players on one banner. Just provide each player's name, guernsey number, and milestone for a standout double tribute the whole club will cheer for.

Team Banners for Group Celebrations

Honour 3 to 6 players at once with our Team Banner option. A banner reading "Coffs Harbour Breakers - Our Champions" is a brilliant centrepiece for your end-of-season presentation night or a grand final celebration on the coast.

Wall Keepsake Banners

Available in Small, Medium, and Large sizes, our Wall Keepsake Banners are made from thick recyclable paper with waterproof inks that endure for years. Hang them in the Breakers clubrooms, at home, or in the garage as a lasting tribute to a player's achievements with the club.

Grand Final Banners

Make your grand final entrance unforgettable with a banner in 4.5m or 5.5m, fully customised with your preferred top and bottom text. Contact us for design support and ensure the Coffs Harbour Breakers Australian Football and Netball Club runs out in style.

About Coffs Harbour Breakers

Origins and Founding

Australian rules football in Coffs Harbour was born at a meeting held at the Coffs Hotel on 6 December 1976, convened by Fred Miller, who was elected as the fledgling club's first president. The group of 12 enthusiastic founders had no players, no coach, and no ground - but that did not stop them commencing training at St Augustine's school oval that same month. Timber saplings were donated for goal posts by brothers Noel and Phil Dehnert. The first-ever match in Coffs Harbour was played on 12 March 1977. When the North Coast AFL was formed in 1982, two Coffs Harbour clubs became founding members. In 2015, those two clubs merged to form the Coffs Harbour Breakers Australian Football and Netball Club.

Club History

The Coffs Harbour football community has a remarkable competitive record spanning nearly 50 years. In 1978, the club joined the New England AFL and won the premiership in just its second season, in 1979. North Coast AFL senior premierships claimed by Coffs Harbour clubs (including legacy clubs) include 1984, 1986, 1989, 1991, 1995, 1999, 2007, 2014, and 2019. In 2023 the Coffs Harbour Breakers women's team made AFL North Coast history by becoming the first team to win two women's premierships. In 2025, the Breakers were crowned AFL North Coast champions in the men's competition. The club has become one of the most competitive outfits on the NSW mid-north coast in both men's and women's football, fielding senior, junior and netball programs.

Home Ground

The Breakers play their home games at Honeyman Park in Coffs Harbour. The ground has long been the heartbeat of Australian rules football in the city. The club's first home ground was England's Park, secured through the efforts of committee member Mike Cain, a town planner with the Coffs Harbour Shire Council, when the club needed a ground to play on in its earliest years.

Community and Programs

The Coffs Harbour Breakers AFNC run senior men's and women's programs in the AFL North Coast competition, alongside junior football and netball programs. The women's competition in AFL North Coast commenced in 2018, with Coffs Harbour fielding a women's team from the outset. The club's junior development program provides a clear pathway from Auskick level to senior competition, helping to grow the game on the mid-north coast of New South Wales.

Coffs Harbour

Coffs Harbour is a coastal city in New South Wales, located approximately 540 kilometres north of Sydney and 390 kilometres south of Brisbane on the Pacific Motorway. With a population of approximately 75,000, it is one of the largest cities on the NSW mid-north coast and serves as the commercial and administrative centre for the Coffs Harbour City Council area. The city is known for its surfing beaches, the Solitary Islands Marine Park, banana growing industry, and the iconic Big Banana tourist attraction. Coffs Harbour sits roughly halfway between Sydney and Brisbane, drawing visitors from both cities and supporting a diverse residential and tourism economy.

The Breakers compete in AFL North Coast and call Honeyman Park home. Follow the club on Facebook and Instagram.

    📄 Material & Construction

    • Premium Coated Paper (1.6 m high) printed with permanent, waterproof inks—won’t run or fade, even in wet weather.

    • Eco-friendly & Recyclable: All banners are fully recyclable when the celebration is over.

    • Durable weatherproof sports banners printed on heavy-duty coated paper - these banners are not made of crepe paper.

    🔧 Preparation & Run-Through Setup - Expert instructions for break-through milestone banners.

    • Rigging Your Banner

      • Tape broomsticks or PVC pipe to each edge to keep the banner taut.

      • This creates a professional “run-through” presentation for game-day moments.

    • Creating the Break-Through Slits

      • Vertical Slits: Cut small slits (20–30 cm long) in the centre—this engineered weak spot ensures a clean break when players burst through.

      • Wind-Proof Technique: On windy or rainy days, make multiple smaller slits so the banner doesn’t tear prematurely.

    💡 Tips & Tricks

    • Single Weak Spot: Some players cut only one slit to save and display the torn banner—repair later with clear tape on the reverse.

    • Logo Preservation: Position your slit to one side of the mascot or logo so your club’s emblem stays intact and can be retained afterwards for display.

  • Return and Refund Policy

Please check the details you submit for printing carefully, as we will make the banner using the exact spelling and information you provide.
